I am now able to look back and am proud of my accomplishment, however there were times when I would fast forward through certain exercises (Yoga X and Dreya rolls got fast forwarded the most!).One thing I wish I did differently was the Ab Ripper X routine. For the first 3 weeks, I gave myself the excuse that this was all new to me, therefore I could pass on Ab Ripper and pick it up in Week 5. When we got to Week 5, the intensity was cranked up, so I would let myself get away with only doing it once a week.
